Lincoln Woods Fun Ride (Sunday September 17)
Did not go ahead.
Too many restrictions from the park manager. Regional Manager: Anthony Paiva
DEM offered to pressure the park manager to allow staples as they don’t go through the bark if we wanted. The same exceptions were in place last year.

Request for help to remove beaver dam debris that is causing flooding at the footbridge above Breakheart pond in Arcadia. 4-6ppl needed. Date? 11/19

RINEMBA 2024 Fun ride planning
Finalize Fun Ride dates need to be sent to DEM this month to finalize Special Licensing
4 Fun Rides in 2023 seemed like a lot of work and it was hard to find volunteers.
Proposed dates:
Diamond Hill: April 7th. Hunting starts on April 21st Date is being held by the park. Need to submit applications ASAP. Broken Spoke BBQ available (Joe D). MBAS Season opener. Possible fund raiser for new pump track and trails initiative. Can we get a permit for 300 participants?
Woody Hill: July 14th. Not aware of any conflicts and same weekend worked well in 2023. Joe to get back to us on BBQ
Big River: Same date at 2023 (3rd Sunday)? Would be September 15th for 2024

Big River – Thursday 6pm (park and ride lot?)
Group sizes 10 or more need to split into groups less than 10
Remy’s Ride Contested
Wednesday night leader Chris Perez has left Remy’s. Wishes to continue leading ride. Remy’s shop owner Josh Mason wishes to keep ride affiliated with shop has asked NEMBA to mediate. Requested a vote.
