Description

RINEMBA is proud to partner with the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council, Red Shed, and 1PVD for a trash clean up at Merino Park in Providence on Earth Day.

Purpose

Merino Park is a great riverfront park with some short MTB and Cross trails built into the hillside and even a concrete pump track. It's an ideal location for neighborhood residents to enjoy the outdoors right within the city.

Role

Sadly the park is notorious for dumping of trash and litter. Let's get together and polish up this gem of a city park. Participants should bring gloves, closed toe shoes, and expect to get a little dirty. Pizza will be provided.
