This is the Monday women’s and gender expansive ride you've been waiting for! "Low Gear Ladies Mondays".
This is a mellow, BEGINNER FRIENDLY ride.
This ride will be an social pace. Plan on putting in 5-7 miles on green/blue trails at a 6-7 mph pace. Bring the basics to fix a flat, water, and snacks.
Most of all we will focus on HAVING FUN. Sessioning is encouraged!
