Carolina is one the most beautiful riding areas in the state with acres of pristine New England forest and relatively smooth trails. Join us every other Tuesday in Carolina Management Area for a relaxed cruise. This is a great ride for your first group ride, improving your skills, or just a night to hang out and socialize a bit. Again the pace of this ride is relaxed. We’ll plan a 5 mile loop and add or subtract distance as needed.

*A functioning bike and helmet are required. We should be finishing before dark but it might be a good idea to have a light in case we run a bit late.

We’ll meet at 6pm at the Carolina Trout Pond. This lot is ONLY accessible via Essex Trail (dirt road). The entrance to Essex Trail is aproximately at 187 Switch Road, Richmond RI 02832. Travel .4 miles down Essex Trail then turn left. This dirt road will take you to Trout Pond lot. GPS will tell you to enter from Kenyon Hill Road, but that entrance is permanently closed. If you put Trout Pond in your GPS it WILL take you 5 min out of the way in the wrong direction.
